Responsibilities in the trust:
I am passionate about education, financial literacy, and creating opportunities for young people to thrive. With a background in accounting and finance, I have spent years teaching, researching, and mentoring students to help them achieve their full potential.
I hold a Master of Science (MSc) in International Accounting and Finance from the University of Birmingham, UK, and I am currently pursuing a PhD in Financial Technology and Digital Economy at Coventry University, UK. In addition, I serve as a lecturer and researcher at Andalas University, Indonesia, where I was lead the International Accounting Program. My focus is on developing innovative learning approaches, supporting student growth, and contributing to financial education.
Beyond academia, my experience includes research in SMEs’ financial decision-making, financial technology, and sustainable economic development. I have also worked in corporate finance and have a strong understanding of financial management, governance, and strategic planning.
Joining the Growth Academy Trust board allows me to bring my expertise in finance, technology, and education to support schools in delivering high-quality learning experiences. I believe in fostering innovation, ensuring financial sustainability, and empowering students with the skills they need for the future. I am excited to be part of a trust that prioritizes excellence, inclusivity, and opportunity, and I look forward to contributing to its continued success.
